Groups and Classes

Honoring all pathways to recovery means providing a plethora of resources to empower and strengthen individuals on the path to Recovery.

Many individuals have co-occurring issues, so no single group or class will fulfill all of a person’s needs. However, with a variety to choose from, we’re certain that OCARTA can support you on multiple fronts!

Most of our groups are now offered virtually too!

We have all had to make changes however we don’t have to let the changes make us.  OCARTA is here for you and we want everyone to feel safe ad still join us.  We use the Zoom platform to host our groups.  If you need any help with set-up call 405.436.7366 and someone will be happy to help.  Click HERE to access our zoom ID’s and passwords.
